It has recently come to my attention that some Kossacks enjoy private Facebook pages where they disrespect Kossacks behind their back.
As many of you know, I lost my husband in February, but I have started "seeing" people again, and have been very public about that here.
Apparently, some people don't think I grieved long enough. To those people, I would like to say that you don't have any idea what Terun (GreenMountainBoy02) and I talked about in private during his long decline. But you sure love commenting on it out of my sight on private, invitation-only Facebook communities.
Terun and I had a strong relationship. Terun pleaded with me, literally on his deathbed, while he and I were curled up together on that hospital bed, to move on with my life, love his family and mine, and in his honor and memory to live my life to its fullest. That included having sex and dating.
I took our wedding ring off of that man's corpse which was still warm. I love him. I also love that he told me that I had a right and even responsibility to live my life.
I just got a letter from the IRS which acknowledges me as his surviving spouse. If the Federal Government can all of a sudden treat me with that kind of respect, I would appreciate it if Daily Kos would treat me with that kind of respect both here and in their own little Junior High cliques.
If you have something to say about my moral character, I'd appreciate it if you said it to my face. I know Terun would.
